There are no mistakes, only experiences. Therefore I forgive myself for any misconceptions of wrong doing in my past or present. I forgive any person, animal, thing , place, event, condition, or situation in my past or present that I felt responsible for any pain, hurt, grief, frustration, anger, or feelings of unworthiness. I ask forgiveness of every person, animal, thing, event, situation and condition that I may have intentionally or unconsciously cause hurt, pain, grief, or anger. I now bless every person, animal, thing, place, event, situation, or condition in my past or present. I bless each person, whose life has touched mine and I bless each person, whose life I have touched. I bless each place I have ever lived. I bless each owner, landlord, and tenant and neighbour of the places I have lived. I bless each job I have ever had. I bless each co-worker, associate, manager, supervisor, administrator and client. I bless each place I have ever shopped, each attendant, manager, supervisor, and administrator, and each item I have bought. I bless every financial transaction I have undertaken and each institute and person that made it possible. I bless each government office, worker, manager, supervisor, administrator and elected official attached to each office that are responsible for making life comfortable for all citizens. I bless each vehicle in which I have ever traveled, the owner, the driver, the pilot, conductor, and passenger. I bless each doctor, nurse, pharmacist, and health attendant in my past and present. I bless every meal, fruit, vegetable and beverage I have ingested and all those who are instrumental in my having a meal-- farmers, drivers, contractors, grocers, bakers, labourers, long-distance drivers, and migrant workers. I bless everyone in my past and present who brought joy in my life - parents, siblings, relatives, friends and lovers. I bless every educational institute I have ever attended, advocate, student assistant, classmate, teacher, professor, guidance counselor, vice-principal, principal, janitor, and librarian. I give thanks for God's many blessings, love, peace, harmony, and most of all for the breath of life. Grateful for the many blessings in my life, I release these words to the Law. It is done with ease, joy, and grace, and so it is. ~ By Vilma Peters, R.Sc.P.
