I Live in the Now

In this moment I sense and know that God is all there is. I relax into this knowing and delight in my awareness of Life in me, as me. I am one with this Infinite Abundance and in this moment I know exactly who and what I am.

In this moment there is everything I need, want and desire. I am surrounded and immersed in the Healing Balm of God. I open my eyes to the truth and see exactly who I am, and the wonder of what is, right here, right now. And every moment is exactly the same. When I release any and all worries and fears about what may be, I see the truth of what is.

In this moment I am a perfect creation of God. I have perfect health, perfect peace, perfect love. I am so grateful for all that I am. I love who I am. I love my life exactly as it is. For this I am eternally grateful. I release, I let go, I let God. And so it is.
